To reduce congestion and improve safety, Overlook Hospital will redesign its main entrance. A new traffic circle will clarify approaches to Overlook, and a canopy will protect patients and visitors from the elements as tehy embark and disembark. New landscaping, highlighted by the new Centennial Life Garden, will upgrade the enrances to parking garages to guide pedestrians. A welcome center will stretch the width of the hospital's front, connect the new cancer center with the Atlantic Neuroscience Institute, and accommodate a restaurant. Its design will fill the interior with natural light, greeting everyone with a warm, peaceful environment.
