The Future of Cardiovascular Services at Overlook Medical Center
An estimated one in every 110 children is diagnosed with autism, making it more common that childhood cancer, juvenile diabetes and pediatric AIDS combined. Participants are needed for a research project led by Overlook physician Roger Kurlan – “Exploratory Gene Expression Analysis of Childhood Autism.” For more information, contact Research Study Coordinator Caroline Panter at 908-522-5901, caroline.panter@atlantichealth.org.

The project has gained the support of foundation trustee Betsy Compton and her husband, Eric Grubman, who have issued a challenge grant to help fund the initiative. To learn more about the autism research project, click here.
